1. Returns & Refunds Overview

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

2. Eligibility: What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Products with original tags and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival:

  • Pre-order items.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Opened software, cables, and light bulbs.

  • Any product where the original packaging has been opened or is not in a resalable condition.

  • Headphones, earphones, and other wearables that have been unsealed or removed from their original packaging, due to health and safety hygiene reasons.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within the 14-day return period. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refund Process

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period (typically 5-10 business days).

  • Deductions: Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount for change-of-mind returns. The refund will be for the value of the product(s) only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, please contact us using the procedure above.

6. Warranty & Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • We will guide you through the troubleshooting and warranty process.

  • Faulty products will typically be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation to determine if the issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

  • We will facilitate this process and keep you informed. If the fault is confirmed, you will be offered a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and applicable consumer law in Cyprus and the EU.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply once you receive the item.
