6.1. All products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items displayed are in stock.
6.2. Most products are available in stock. If a product is not available, you will be informed of the expected time needed for shipment.
6.3. Pre-order Items: For pre-order items, please allow for the official release date plus shipping time. All pre-order sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty (see Section 9).
6.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
7.1. All prices are as displayed on the Site and are in EUR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
7.2. Accepted Payment Methods: Ola DJ currently accepts the following forms of payment:
* Debit/Credit Cards (via a secure payment gateway).
* Cash on Delivery (via Akis Express) – Available for Cyprus orders only.
7.3. Your order will be processed once we have received confirmation of full payment.
8.1. Ola DJ ships orders from Cyprus within 1-2 business days after payment is received and cleared.
8.2. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, size, destination, and delivery type of your order.
8.3. All shipped orders include a tracking number.
8.4. International Customers (Outside EU): For products shipped outside the European Union, the customer is solely liable for all customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. Ola DJ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
9.1. Returns: You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund, provided the item is:
* In its original, unopened packaging.
* In new and unused condition.
* Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
9.2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
* Pre-order items.
* Custom-made or personalized products.
* Cables and light bulbs.
* Any product where the original packaging has been opened.
* Headphones, earphones, and other wearables that have been unsealed/opened, due to health and safety hygiene reasons.
9.3. Return Process: To return an item, you must contact us to initiate the return process. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. The refund will be processed once we have received the item and verified its condition.
9.4. Faulty Products: In the event of a faulty product, please contact us. The product will be returned to the manufacturer, who will evaluate whether the fault is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. We will facilitate this process in accordance with applicable consumer law.
9.5. Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVL TECH LTD (trading as OLA DJ) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any products purchased through the Site.
From time to time, this Site may include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of the linked website(s).
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
