This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery procedures for orders placed on oladj.com. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping times, costs, and procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for products that are in stock are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your payment is received and cleared. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Cyprus public holidays.

  • Pre-Order Items: For pre-order items, please allow for the official product release date, plus our standard 1-2 business day processing time. You will be notified if there are any significant delays to the expected release date.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

We ship worldwide from our shop in Cyprus.
Our primary shipping partners include services like Akis Express (for Cyprus), as well as international carriers such as FEDEX, UPS, and/or the Cypriot Postal Service for international orders. The specific carrier used for your order will be selected at our discretion to provide the best balance of cost and delivery speed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The destination country.

  • The total weight and dimensions of your order.

  • The selected shipping method (e.g., Standard, Express).

You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin from the day your order is shipped, not from the date of purchase.

  • Cyprus: 1-3 business days.

  • European Union: 5-10 business days.

  • Rest of World: 7-20 business days.

These times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, and carrier delays, especially during peak holiday seasons.

5. Order Tracking

All shipped orders include a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.

6. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Shipments within the European Union (EU): No additional customs duties or import taxes are applied, as Cyprus is an EU member state.

  • Shipments outside the European Union: Customers are solely responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees levied by the destination country. Ola DJ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

    • Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.

    • Important: Refused shipments due to unpaid customs duties will be returned to us. In this case, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your product refund.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we are not obligated to provide a refund or reship the order.

If you need to change the address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

8. Missing or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
